VTK Export for SketchUp - Vizualization Toolkit VTK file export plug-in for SketchUp

This tutorial provides the necessary information and hands-on experience to help you get started with VTK Export for SketchUp.

Step 1: Start SketchUp (if you haven't already).

Step 2: Select Open from the "File" menu. You will be presented with the "Open File" dialog box. Browse for the file typically located at "C:\Program Files\SYCODE\VTK Export for SketchUp\Samples\Sample 1.skp") and click OK to open.

Step 4: Run the Export command (Plugins > VTK Export for SketchUp > Export).

Step 5: The "Save As" dialog box is displayed. Select an output VTK file name and click Save.

Step 6: The "VTK Export for SketchUp Options" dialog box is displayed. Select the options as required and click Ok.

The model will be exported to the VTK file you specified.
