STL Import for IntelliCAD - Stereolithography STL file import plug-in for IntelliCAD

This tutorial provides the necessary information and hands-on experience to help you get started with STL Import for IntelliCAD.


Step 1: Start IntelliCAD.

Step 2: Select Import from the STLImport menu or type STLImport at the IntelliCAD command prompt and press Enter.

Step 3: The IntelliCAD Open dialog box is displayed. Browse for the file C:\Program Files\SYCODE\STL Import for IntelliCAD\Samples\Sample 1.stl and click Open.

Step 4: The STL Import for IntelliCAD Options dialog box is displayed. Set the STL Options you wish to import and click Ok or if the STL Options is not set than click Cancel.

The below figure shows the file open.

This tutorial shows the ease at which an STL file can be imported into IntelliCAD.
