SKP Export for IntelliCAD is a SketchUp SKP file export plug-in for IntelliCAD®. This plug-in gives IntelliCAD the ability to export geometric data from SketchUp to SKP files.

SKP Export for IntelliCAD extracts facet data from 3D Solids as well as 3D Face, Polygon Mesh and PolyFace Mesh objects in the active IntelliCAD drawing and exports it to a SKP file. These objects can lie anywhere in space.

SKP Export for IntelliCAD is very easy to use. Once installed, it must be loaded into the IntelliCAD environment. Our licenses are single computer licenses and are locked to each computer they are installed on. Basically, the license key is specific to the computer's Host ID (the MAC address of the computer), and will not work on another computer. The installer picks up the physical MAC address of the network card connected to the computer which is basically “Ethernet adapter Network Connect Adapter”. So unless you change your network card, the key will always work even if you reinstall your operating system. If your internal network is periodically assigning a different Host ID to your computer, then please find a solution for this with your IT department.

Installation & Usage

Since SKP Export for IntelliCAD is a plug-in for IntelliCAD powered applications, it must be loaded into the application's environment before it can be used. Please follow the simple instructions in the SKP Export for IntelliCAD Getting Started document which is copied into the installation folder. After you have loaded the plug-in file into the IntelliCAD powered application, simply click on the menu items in the "SKPExport" sub menu to run these new commands. Truly, software made simple!
