This command is used to set the resolution of the surface in the active Point Cloud 3DM file.


To set the resolution

1. Select Set Resolution from the Surface menu.

2. The Surface Resolution dialog box is displayed. Set the resolution as required and click Ok.

Note: The surface resolution is important when exporting the surface to a mesh format such as STL, OBJ, 3DS, etc. Before exporting the NURBS Surface is broken down into a mesh using the surface resolution specified here.
