PLT Import for Bricscad - Plot PLT file import plug-in for Bricscad

PLT Import for Bricscad is a HPGL Plot (.plt) file import plug-in for Bricscad®. This plug-in gives Bricscad the ability to import geometric data from ASCII and Binary PLT files.

PLT Import for Bricscad reads pen movement data stored PLT files and imports it into Bricscad. A HPGL PLT file is comprised of a set of instructions related to pen movements of HPGL plotters. PLT Import for Bricscad reads these pen movement instructions and creates curve objects in the active Bricscad drawing.

PLT Import for Bricscad is very easy to use. Once installed, it must be loaded into the Bricscad environment. There are simple instructions for this in the ReadMe document which can be found in the installation folder. Once loaded it adds new commands to Bricscad's existing commands and a new submenu called "PLTImport" to the Bricscad menu containing these newly added commands.

PLT Import for Bricscad comes with detailed documentation as well as a tutorial to get you started in the shortest possible time.
