PLT Import for IntelliCAD - Plot PLT file import plug-in for IntelliCAD

This tutorial provides the necessary information and hands-on experience to help you get started with PLT Export for IntelliCAD.


Step 1: Start IntelliCAD.

Step 2: Open the file from the IntelliCAD File menu. Browse for the file typically located at C:\Program Files\SYCODE\PLT Export for IntelliCAD\Samples\Sample 1.dwg and click Open.

Step 3: Select Export from the PLTExport menu or type PLTExport at the IntelliCAD command prompt and press Enter.

Step 4: At the Select entities prompt, select the objects that you wish to export. Press Enter when done.

Step 5: The IntelliCAD file Save As dialog box is displayed. Enter the name of a PLT file and click Save.

Step 6: The PLT Export for IntelliCAD Options dialog box is displayed. Set the options as shown below and click OK.

The objects will be exported to the PLT file you specified.
