MeshCAD for Rhino - Mesh creation, editing and modeling plug-in for Rhinoceros
 

This command collapses an edge to its midpoint. The faces that share the collapsed edge are deleted.

To collapse an edge
1. At the Select mesh edges prompt, select the edges that are to be collapsed.

Fig.A shows the edge to be collapsed.

Fig.B shows the collapsed edge.

Note:
· To deselect a chosen edge, press Control and click the edge.
