This command displays the Mesh Booleans for AutoCAD options dialog box (shown below).
The MBOptions command gives you the flexibility to choose the output of the boolean operation. The result of the boolean operation can be a mesh or a solid, depending on what you set in the MBOptions dialogue box. For example, it is possible to subtract a mesh from another mesh and have the plug-in create the resulting object as a solid. The opposite is also possible. You can intersect a solid with a solid and create a mesh as the output.
Following is a detailed explanation of MBOptions.
Result of Boolean Operation
Selecting Solid will yield a solid result irrespective of a mesh being selected first or the types of objects.
Example: Solid from two Meshes.

After performing the MBIntersect command, the resulting object is a Solid.
Selecting Mesh will yield a mesh result irrespective of a solid being selected first or the types of objects.
Example: Mesh from two Solids.

After performing the MBSubtract command, the resulting object is a Mesh.
Either Mesh or Solid
This is selected by default. The result will depend on the object which is selected first.
Example: Performing a boolean operation on a solid and a mesh with the solid being selected first will yield a solid.

After performing the MBSubtract command, the resulting object is a Solid.
Resolution of Mesh created from Solid
You can set the resolution of the mesh as required or leave the default. The AutoCAD PolyFace Mesh entity cannot contain more than 32767 vertices or faces. In case the mesh exceeds this limit you can select either one of the following:
1. Display an error message and cancel the command
An error message will be displayed.
2. Explode the PolyFace Mesh into Individual 3D Faces.
Explodes the mesh into individual faces.
3. Export the PolyFace Mesh to a mesh file.
The resulting mesh will be saved in a mesh file.
