ESRI Import for AutoCAD - ESRI Shapefile import plug-in for AutoCAD

ESRI Import for AutoCAD adds new commands to AutoCAD and a submenu called "ESRIImport" which houses them. The new commands are:
 

ESRIImport Imports a ESRI shapefile
ESRIImportHelp Displays the ESRI Import for AutoCAD help file
ESRIImportRegister Registers your copy of ESRI Import  for AutoCAD
ESRIImportAbout Displays the ESRI Import for AutoCAD about box
