DXF Export for SpaceClaim - AutoCAD DXF file export add-in for SpaceClaim

DXF Export for SpaceClaim is an AutoCAD DXF file export add-in for SpaceClaim. This add-in gives SpaceClaim the ability to export 3D solid data from a SpaceClaim part and assembly document to 3d solids in an AutoCAD DXF file.

SpaceClaim already has the ability to export AutoCAD DXF files. However the DXF export feature ignores solids and surfaces and only exports curves, thus making the DXF file practically useless for 3D modeling in AutoCAD or other programs that can read solids from DXF files. DXF Export for SpaceClaim removes this limitation by giving SpaceClaim the ability to export solids to AutoCAD DXF files.

DWG Export for SpaceClaim is very easy to use. It adds new commands to SpaceClaim. Once installed, it automatically loads itself into SpaceClaim and adds a new ribbon bar to SpaceClaim called "DXFExport" containing the newly added commands.

DWG Export for SpaceClaim comes with detailed documentation as well as a tutorial to get you started in the shortest possible time.
