CATIA V5 Import for SolidWorks - CATIA V5 file import add-in for SolidWorks


This tutorial provides the necessary information and hands-on experience to help you get started with CATIA V5 Import for SolidWorks.


Step 1: Start SolidWorks.

Step 2: Select Import from the "CATIAV5Import" menu.

Step 3: The SolidWorks "Open" dialog box is displayed. Browse for the file C:\Program Files\SYCODE\CATIA V5 Import for SolidWorks\Samples\Piston_Pin_Assy.CATProduct and click Open.

Step 4: The "CATIA V5 Import for SolidWorks Options" dialog box is displayed. Set the options as shown below and click OK.
