3DS Export for SketchUp - 3D Studio 3DS file export plug-in for SketchUp

This tutorial provides the necessary information and hands-on experience to help you get started with 3DS Export for SketchUp.

Step 1: Start SketchUp (if you haven't already).

Step 2: Select Open from the "File" menu. You will be presented with the "Open File" dialog box. Browse for the file typically located at "C:\Program Files\SYCODE\3DS Export for SketchUp\Samples\Sample 1.skp") and click OK to open.

Step 3: Run the Export command (Plugins > 3DS Export for SketchUp > Export).

The model will be exported to the 3DS file you specified.
