3DS Export for Bricscad - 3D Studio 3DS file export plug-in for Bricscad

This tutorial provides the necessary information and hands-on experience to help you get started with 3DS Export for Bricscad.


Step 1: Start Bricscad.

Step 2: Click File > Open from the menu bar. The Open Drawing dialog box is displayed. Select the file C:\Program Files\SYCODE\3DS Export for Bricscad\Samples\Sample 1.dwg and click Open.

Step 3: Select Export from the 3DSExport menu or type 3DSExport at the Bricscad command prompt and press Enter.

Step 4: At the Select Entities prompt, select the objects or the entities that you wish to export and press Enter when done.

Step 5: The Bricscad file Save As dialog box is displayed. Enter the name of a 3DS file and click Save.

The model will be exported to the 3DS file you specified.
