SYCODE launches a dozen file import and export add-ins for SolidWorks

Panaji - 21st Nov, 2006 - SYCODE today launched 12 file import and export add-ins for SolidWorks.

"SolidWorks already reads and writes a host of file formats”, explains Deelip Menezes, owner of SYCODE. “These 12 file import and export add-ins extend SolidWorks data exchange capabilities even further. There are 8 import and 4 export add-ins. The import add-ins are:
    STL Import for SolidWorks - Stereolithography (.stl) file
    3DS Import for SolidWorks - 3D Studio (.3ds) file
    OBJ Import for SolidWorks - Wavefront (.obj) file
    PLT Import for SolidWorks - HPGL Plot (.plt) file
    3DM Import for SolidWorks - Rhinoceros (.3dm) file
    PIX Import for SolidWorks - Dr. Picza (.pix) file
    NC Import for SolidWorks - Numeric Control Program (.nc) file
    Points Import for SolidWorks - Point file

The export add-ins are:
    DXF Export for SolidWorks - AutoCAD (.dxf) file
    3DS Export for SolidWorks - 3D Studio (.3ds) file
    OBJ Export for SolidWorks - Wavefront (.obj) file
    PLT Export for SolidWorks - HPGL Plot (.plt) file
